| The Bonus Point Reward Scheme |
| By showing your super e-card during transactions, every single dollar you spend at city'super, LOG-ON and cookedDeli will be converted to one bonus point and automatically stored, enabling you to get fruitful rewards at the end of every session. |
| There are two tiers of reward redemption: The 'Quarterly Reward' is calculated once every 3 months while the 'Yearly Reward' is calculated every 12 months. Members who successfully reach the suggested amount of spending within these periods will be eligible for redemption of e-coupons. |
| Quarterly Reward: |
| The calculation is based on *3 months duration. Accumulated points from 1,500 - 2,999 will be entitled to an e-coupon valued at #HK$50, or accumulated points over 3,000 will be entitled to an e-coupon valued at HK$150 respectively. |
| Yearly Reward: |
| The calculation is based on *12 months duration. Accumulated points of every 25,000 will be entitled to an e-coupon valued at HK$500. The more you spend, the more you get. |

| A ) Quarterly Reward |
super e members are eligible for the quarterly reward. Accumulated bonus points are calculated every three months, beginning the month your membership commenced.
Earn the required bonus points and redeem your e-coupon.
Quarterly Reward Example:

Mrs.Chan becomes a super e member on November 15, 2005 and therefore falls into the 1st quarter (November - 31 January). *If the application is received in December, the 1st quarter starts from December to the last day of February accordingly.

The Quarterly Reward Calculation is made for Mrs. Chan in the:
a) 1st quarter: November 05-31 January 06

If Mrs.Chan accumulates 1,500 bonus points during 1st quarter, a message will be printed on her super e-card in the beginning of the 2nd quarter.

| B ) Yearly Reward Example |

Customers who forget to bring the card upon purchase must go to Concierge to get a stamp on the receipt within the same day; and bring their super e-cards and the stamped receipt within 7 days to receive the relevant bonus points. |

Customers should update their super e-cards after every purchase to ensure all the information is correct and up-to-date. |

Any spending made at Page One Harbour City and Pacific Coffee Harbour City can be converted into super e bonus points by showing the receipt to the city'super Harbour City concierge on the same day. |

All points are based on city'super records, and city'super will not accept any claim of missing points unless a valid stamped receipt is shown. |

Reminder of quarterly and yearly reward will be clearly printed on the back of super e card and email will be received. city'super is not responsible for any redemption after the expiry date. |

Any prepaid value added to super e-card will not be regarded as a purchase, and therefore will not qualify for any bonus points, free parking or free delivery service. |

city'super coupons cannot be converted to smart value in a super e-card. |
|
super e, super e-gold and VIP cards cannot be used in conjunction with the city'super card or other discount cards. |

Discounts offered by the super e-gold card and VIP card are not applicable to discounted and fixed-priced items. |

Reminder of reward redemption, birthday gift collection, members' benefits and promotions will be sent to members via email and SMS. Members should provide valid email address and mobile phone number to avoid missing out important notice from us. |
